Salary/Rate: £8.98 – £9.79/Sleep-ins paid at £70.47 per night

We are offering a full-time support worker position. Your role will be to work as part of a team, as well as having/gaining the confidence and skills to support individuals on your own.
You will be expected to constantly promote good practice and offer a truly bespoke service, supporting children and adults all of whom will have a wide range of complex physical, behavioural and communication needs. You will be expected to enable, engage, and provide positive outcomes for the wellbeing of everyone you support.
This role will involve occasional sleep-ins and weekend and evening shifts. In return we offer a full induction and training programme and competitive pay and pension scheme.
