We are currently looking to expand our team of employees after developing a range of services aimed at supporting children, young people and adults with a learning disability, all of whom will have a wide range of complex physical, behavioural and communication needs.
We are offering one part-time and one full-time support worker position. Your role will be to work as part of a team, as well as having/gaining the confidence and skills to support individuals safely on your own.
In addition to the Complex Needs Day service we support individuals within their own homes, to access their community and engage in social activities.
You will be expected to constantly promote good practice and offer a truly bespoke service. You will be expected to enable, engage, and provide positive outcomes for the wellbeing of everyone you support.
You must be able to demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities, their families, your colleagues and other professionals, for this specialised role.
