East Kent Mencap are thrilled to announce that the charity has five free half marathon spaces for The Vitality Big Half in March 2020! This iconic half marathon begins at Tower Bridge and finishes at the Cutty Sark in Greenwich. You’ll be running a stunning 13.1 mile course through the heart of London, cheered on by enthusiastic crowds and raising valuable funds for East Kent Mencap’s work supporting people with a learning disability in East Kent. After finishing the race in Greenwich, you’ll be able to enjoy free access to The Vitality Big Festival where you can relax and celebrate your achievement with family and friends.
The Vitality Big Half will take place on Sunday 1 March 2020. General entry to the 2020 Vitality Big Half is now sold out, so the only way to take part in this half marathon now is to secure a charity entry.

Thanks to East Kent Mencap I have taken part in a weekly fitness class with my friends for over 3 years. It makes me feel happy and confident. I’m a lot more healthy now – David, member at East Kent Mencap
