At our Swale hub, you will develop independence, build confidence, meet new friends and take part in meaningful activities at the hub and in your local community.
Our services are guided by our members, helping to promote inclusion and choice. We provide person-centred support and work alongside social workers, families and carers to help you achieve the things that are important to you.
