The ScrapStore has launched its first Seasonal Creative Challenge!
Every newsletter, we’ll set you a new creative challenge using reused and repurposed materials.
You’ll have the next few weeks to get making, and there’s a £10 ScrapStore voucher up for grabs for the winning design.
This season: Make a wreath!
For our first challenge, we want to see your wreath creations. It can be any kind of wreath you like – made with fabric or rags, yarn, crochet, paper, sewing, or something completely different.
There are thousands of materials to choose from at The ScrapStore, so pop in and see what you can find.
We want to see how you transform materials that might otherwise go to waste into something creative.
How it works
- Get creative Make your wreath using reused or repurposed materials.
- Send it to us Email us a photo of your finished creation, or tag us on social media. Be sure to use the #ScrapStoreMakes hashtag.
- Our members choose the winner The entries will be judged by member volunteers from East Kent Mencap.
- Find out who won
We’ll announce the winner and share their creation in our next newsletter, where we’ll also reveal the next Seasonal Creative Challenge.
The winner will receive a £10 ScrapStore voucher to spend on their next creative project.
