Dennis is from our Swale Community Support and wanted to turn his hand to baking.
He asked his support worker Beth to help him try out some new recipes.
First up was apple crumble, one of his favourites.
He wants to be able to cook the crumble in future, when he has friends over.
Thanks to support from Beth, he was able to create this delicious dessert, giving him some handy kitchen skills!
Dennis has asked for some more recipes such as carrot cake, cookies, custard and rice pudding so he can continue to add to his menu!
We will keep you updated on Dennis’s baking progress, we think we have a star baker on our hands!
